Funky Time Terms and Conditions – What Pakistani Players Need to Know

1. Eligibility – Who Can Use Funky Time

To register and use the Funky Time platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Funky Time operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify age documents for any account where there is reasonable doubt. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all balances held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person – a real human being. Corporate entities, automated bots, or any non-human entity may not open an account on Funky Time.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in Pakistan.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether imposed by Funky Time directly or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme that Funky Time participates in.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or opening an account at the instruction of another person.

2. Account Rules

Each person may hold only one Funky Time account. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address – is a violation of these Terms. Funky Time reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold balances pending review when this rule is breached.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your Funky Time account. You must:

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on Funky Time are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals on any supported payment method.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Funky Time reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

4. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets, crash game bets, virtual sports wagers, and any other real-money activity on the Funky Time platform:

• A bet is not confirmed until a Bet ID has been issued and appears in your Funky Time bet history. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been accepted.
• Minimum bet across all markets: Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm.
• Odds quoted at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of an obvious error in quoted odds – for example, a decimal error that produces an odds value clearly inconsistent with the market – Funky Time reserves the right to void the affected bets at its discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full.
• Funky Time reserves the right to limit maximum stake or maximum payout on any market for any player without providing a reason.
• Live betting (in-play) is subject to delays between the action taking place and odds being updated. Bets placed on events whose outcomes are already determined at the moment of placement may be voided.
• For cricket markets, Funky Time uses the official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board as the settlement source. For football, official match statistics from the governing body apply.

5. Bonus Terms and Conditions

Funky Time offers welcome bonuses and periodic promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus from multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of claiming.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Funky Time is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market on Funky Time.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences between Funky Time odds and other bookmakers to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, in a pattern that demonstrates intent to exploit rather than genuine sports interest.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any software to place bets automatically without genuine human decision-making per bet.
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally placing bets to take advantage of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or system errors on the Funky Time platform.
• Money laundering: Using Funky Time deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to move funds from illicit sources. Funky Time cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities and is required by law to report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Insider information: Placing bets based on information that is not publicly available and that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the market.

Funky Time employs real-time fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Any account flagged for suspicious patterns will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Funky Time is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side during live betting or crash game rounds.
• Funky Time is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to cash out or withdraw before their own set limits are reached.
• In the event of a platform technical failure during a live betting round, Funky Time's liability is limited to returning the stake of any affected bet.
• Funky Time's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to Funky Time in the same calendar month.
